This is the page to read before committing. It answers the questions that stall a decision: what actually gets built, what stays yours, who approves what, and what it costs in principle.
Nothing goes out without a person approving it.
We put this first because it matters most. The machinery is quiet, but the decisions are not automatic. Nothing publishes, and nothing is sent to a client, until a person has looked at it and approved it. Work is prepared and left waiting in a queue. You keep the last word on everything that leaves the building. If you are regulated, this is the part that lets you show your work.
What actually gets built.
Four things, working together. An agent that knows your business and answers from your own knowledge, with its sources shown. A knowledge base that holds what the business knows, kept current as you work. Workflows that carry out the routine jobs on their own and report back when a person is needed. And, if you want it, a quiet chat on your own website that answers the way you would.
What you own, and what we run.
Your knowledge base lives in your own account. The workflows are yours. What you own does not sit inside something of ours that you rent access to. We run the machinery — the setup, the plumbing, the upkeep — so you never have to touch it or think about it. You get the result of the work without the job of keeping it running.
What it costs, in principle.
A flat monthly fee. No usage charges, no per-message billing, no bill that moves around with how busy the month was. Each upgrade you add is a flat monthly fee too, so the number is always one you can predict and explain to whoever signs it off. We will give you the actual figures in conversation, once we understand what you need.
How we decide what to build.
We start from what a task costs you today, or what it is blocking. If we can do it more cheaply or more reliably, that is an easy decision and we get on with it. If the numbers do not work, we say so and we park it. We would rather tell you something is not worth doing than sell you something that does not pay for itself. We are not tied to any one piece of technology; we solve the problem with whatever fits.
It goes with you.
Because your knowledge base sits in your own account, the system is portable. If you leave, or the business is sold, it goes with you — it does not stay behind with us. For a group that buys and sells businesses, this matters: what was built for one company can move with that company when it changes hands.
