Who this covers
This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website and when we work with you. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
What we collect on this website
Very little. If you ask to speak with us, we hold the details you send — your name, your company, a way to contact you, and what you tell us about the problem you want solved. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell information to anyone.
Information held on your behalf
When we work together, your knowledge base sits in your own account. That information is yours. We access it only to do the work you have asked for, and only for as long as we are working with you. It stays with you if you leave.
How we use it
We use what you share to reply to you, to understand whether we can help, and to carry out the work you have engaged us for. We do not use your business information to train models for anyone else.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the work — the tools that store and process information on your behalf. We choose these carefully and hold them to the same standard set out here. We will name them on request.
Keeping it and removing it
We keep information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Because your knowledge base is in your own account, you can also take it with you or delete it directly.
Your rights
You have the rights set out under UK data protection law, including the right to see the information we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details below.
